You are cordially invited to attend The UTS Family BBQ on Friday, September 20 to celebrate the new school year!

Event Details

This family-friendly event will be held on Friday, September 20 from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm, at UTS. Come celebrate the new school year and meet members of the UTS community. More details will be shared with you prior to the event.

• Mix and Mingle in the Huron-Washington Parkette (or inside if rainy)
• Enjoy UTS musical performers!
• Visit the Selfie Photobooth!
• Get to know your UTS family neighbours (find your neighbourhood sign)!
• Enjoy delicious BBQ and dessert!

Purchasing Tickets

Please purchase a ticket for every person in your party attending the event, including students, by Thursday, September 12. Tickets will sell out fast! Your tickets, available for purchase in the form below, will include one meal with the following options:

• Hamburger Meal
• Vegetarian Burger Meal
• Hotdog Meal

Tickets are non-refundable.  Thanks to UTSPA for defraying the cost of this event!
