In addition to the robust academic experience and exciting co-curricular opportunities at UTS, students have countless ways to develop their leadership skills throughout their time at the school.
Our co-curricular programs are an amazing example of the strength of our student initiative. Many clubs and organizations are proposed by students themselves, and all feature student executive leadership opportunities, under the guidance of a staff advisor.
Each grade includes elected representatives who serve on student council, working with school administration to introduce and amend school policies to improve the student experience. Not only that, but each of the four Houses at UTS have four student leaders each.
Short-term leadership opportunities are available in experiential education outings, where senior students practice their organizational and leadership skills while connecting with younger grades.
